Lifetime "Fair Wear & Tear" Maintenance Guarantee
The following refers to items, advertised on this website, where the product description includes the phrase: "Covered by the Karenswood Lifetime "Fair Wear & Tear" Maintenance Guarantee." only.
This guarantee covers the lifelong maintenance of selected Karenswood (International) Ltd original products against fair wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, worn stitching and age weakened trigger hooks.
No matter how old your cherished Karenswood item becomes, simply mail it to us, together with the cost of return postage, and we will service it for you with compliments.

Karenswood (International) Ltd cannot accept responsibility for the following:
a) Improper care, alteration, misuse or accidental damage to the product.
b) Force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.
c) Any repair work carried out by unauthorised third parties.
d) Third party products.
Our responsibility shall be limited to the repair of the product. Should no identical fitting etc. be available, a suitable alternative, as deemed by us, will be provided.
We would be pleased to offer a quotation for repair services on Karenswood products which are excluded from the above guarantee.
Order Process Terms
STEP 1: Submit your order online.
STEP 2: You will receive an automated email containing details of your order.
STEP 3: Once we start to process your order, you will receive an email with the subject "Order Confirmation - Karenswood (International) Ltd".
STEP 4: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the subject "Dispatch Confirmation - Karenswood (International) Ltd".
Prices & Payments
All prices and charges on this site are in Great British Pounds and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges will be itemised in the Shopping Basket.
The total cost of your order will be the combined price of the products you have ordered, plus the applicable delivery charge. This information will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we will offer you an alternative item.
Although we try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate, just occasionally, an error may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
For items ordered using our online shop, we accept payment by all major credit cards via PayPal. Payment is deducted when you submit your order.
Our delivery charges reflect the delivery of items to mainland UK. However, we welcome none mainland and international orders. To place an order or to receive a quotation regarding shipping, please contact us directly by sending an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties on deliveries outside of the UK, we will quote you the cost of shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders which are placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday within three working days. However, please allow up to ten working days for the goods to reach you.
